Bucket Tooth
The bucket teeth are fabricated from high-strength alloy steel, refined via EAF paired with Argon Oxygen Decarburization (AOD), and subjected to through-hardening followed by aging treatment. This metallurgical process imparts a high overall hardness of 50–55 HRC to the bucket teeth, while maintaining exceptional toughness in the core, characterized by a Charpy V-notch impact energy exceeding 20 J at -40°C. This optimized balance of properties ensures excellent wear resistance and high fracture toughness, enabling the bucket teeth to withstand high-intensity operations in demanding open-pit mining environments.
