Roller

The carrier roller supports the upper section of the track, while the track roller bears the machine's weight and transfers the load to the tracks. Both components are forged and undergo precision machining after forging to strictly guarantee dimensional tolerances for the bore and shaft diameters. The roller body is assembled with a floating seal structure and an independent grease reservoir, which effectively block the intrusion of impurities like mud and wastewater into the internal mating components, reducing wear on the moving elements and thereby extending the service life of the spare parts.
